Had a leak from a supply pipe to house . First company called unable to locate leak . Lucking found it quickly and worked professionally to repair it in a few hours . I'm so glad I chose Lucking to replace my supply pipe! The guys were polite, trustworthy, friendly, tidy and so knowledgeable and reassuring! They caused minimal disruption and mess and afterwards you couldn't even tell any work had been carried out! The team and office staff kept me updated throughout and followed up afterwards as well. I used Lucking to survey and fix a cracked underground pipe in the 150 year old property I live in. Causing a persistent surface leak and water build gradually approaching the front door. William gave me a high degree of confidence at the survey. Good communication and follow-up. Teams attended twice since a secondary underground leak was discovered after the initial trench dig and fix. Secondary leak required 2 further trench digs, Victorian lead pipe made redundant and new pipework installed using moling technology. Both teams worked efficiently, on-time and with minimal mess. Lucking Utility Services Ltd I cannot praise them enough from my first telephone call to their office, to the work being completed. Everything about our experience with this company was exceptional and beyond our expectations. I had seen their details on the WIAPS website but initially tried other companies who were more local to me. However, they did not do the services advertised. Luckings do and saved me the hassle of dealing with Affinity Water who were very difficult to get the correct answers from. Luckings laid a new 25mm mains water pipe to my property and connected it to the meter/boundary box which seemed out of the remit of everyone else, including the water company. They used moling which meant that the fromt garden and concrete path down the side of the house did not need to be dug up. Bearing in mind this is probably a distance of about 25 metres it saved a lot of time and mess,  Every person we spoke to and came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. They kept in contact and gave us any information we asked for and the quote quickly. My dad spoke to two different ladies in the office who were both friendly and nothing was too much trouble. William who came to look at the job and confirm that it matched the video we sent was again friendly, helpful and not rushed. He explained what would happen clearly and answered questions about how the pipe would work with our planned extension. As my house is being renovated, he also gave an alternative to having an insulated box on the outside of the house if I was happy to have a hole drilled in the kitchen floor. We were surprised and pleased that the work could be started within a week. The men who came to do the work were polite, friendly and wanted to do a good job. They were tidy, conscious that this was my home (even though it resembles a building site) and really aimed for a quality finish. When they came across more drainage pipes than expected, rather than making it sound like a big problem, he said "It's fine, I've seen worse. We can get round that no problem." I can highly recommend Luckings and would not hesitate to use them in the future. I am exceptionally pleased with the work that was carried out, the way it was done, the price and the time frame. What was turning into a nightmare ended up being a very straight forward and easy experience. I had the team replace my mains water feed. They had to mole under a pre formed concrete drive. They did a fantastic job. Very tidy, very friendly and now my water pressure has increased from 11 to 25 ltrs per min. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys

I used Lucking services recently as I had a faulty electrical service cable, with the fault under my house. My house had not long been renovated so I was concerned I would have to start digging up my home internally. The team at Lucking provided me with a fantastic alternative, which meant minimal disruption and damage to my property. From initial visit to quote to work tacking place was within a week, so the speed of turnaround was brilliant. The team who came out on the day were professional and explained at each stage what was going on, they took all the stress out of a potentially very stressful situation!
