Friendly team, worked the whole day until work was completed. I know it shouldn't have to be said in this day and age but I was very impressed to see a female of the team digging a trench. Work was done to a professional standard. I would recommend the company to anyone wanting this type of work doing.

The company did everything they said they would when an estimate was drawn up. They arrived on time but due to unforeseen difficulties encountered on-site, the work took longer than anticipated. This was beyond their control. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was finished on the day by working late but sticking to the estimate. An excellent service.

We needed a new pipe run through our terraced house after a leak was detected in our old pipe which unfortunately runs under our neighbours house. Prior to getting in touch with LUS I had been battling with Thames Water for nearly a year to resolve this problem and was really out of my depth. Throughout the entire process from enquiry to installation, each team member has been absolutely excellent. The office team were highly responsive, very happy to help and answer questions quickly by both phone and email. The installation team were brilliant on the day where they were enjoyable to work with and ensured that they performed a high quality installation exactly how I wanted it done. I spoke to them on a Monday, got the job booked in straight away and by the end of the week the work was complete! I had originally been told that in order to replace the pipe we would need to dig up our beautiful path but after speaking to the guys at Lucking they put my mind at ease and assured me that wouldn't be the case. The guys that came to install the new pipe were fantastic! Professional, friendly and explained all the steps to us. The job was completed in ONE DAY and they left the house neat and tidy with our path still intact. I highly recommend using Lucking Utility.
